Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to the ProHomz dashboard at dashboard.prohomz.io (the “Service”), operated by ProHomz (“we,” “us”). By accessing the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the builder organization that authorized your account.

1. The Service

ProHomz helps home builders prepare, submit, and manage real-estate listings. Listings are reviewed and published to the MLS by a licensed real-estate agent; ProHomz is a technology platform and the licensed agent of record handles all MLS activity.

2. Listing data — permitted use

The Service displays listing information that may be sourced from your own website, your submissions, and — where connected — Bright MLS. MLS-sourced data is licensed for the exclusive use of your organization as the seller client of the listing broker. You agree that you will not:

scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the Service;
resell, republish, syndicate, or redistribute listing data to any third party;
use MLS-sourced data for any purpose other than managing and marketing your own listings;
share your login code or grant Service access to anyone outside your organization.

Reports and CSV exports are provided for your internal business use only and carry a data-source disclaimer that must remain intact if shared within your organization.

3. Your content and media rights

You retain ownership of photos, floor plans, and other content you upload. By uploading, you represent that you own or are licensed to use that content, that it contains no third-party watermarks or contact information, and you grant ProHomz, the listing broker, and the MLS a license to display it in connection with your listings. You are responsible for ensuring photographer agreements permit MLS display.

3a. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright (for example, a listing photo you own), send a notice with the work identified, the infringing URL, your contact details, and a good-faith statement to admin@prohomz.com with the subject “Copyright complaint.” We review takedown requests within two business days and remove infringing media promptly, including from any MLS submission it was part of.

4. Accuracy and compliance

You agree to provide accurate listing information and to respond promptly to completion check-ins and discrepancy alerts. Listing content must comply with fair-housing laws; the Service screens for common violations, but you remain responsible for the content you submit.

5. Accounts

Access is by one-time email code. You are responsible for the security of your email account. We may suspend or freeze accounts that violate these terms or that your organization asks us to deactivate.

6. Disclaimers

Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProHomz’s liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts paid by your organization for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate Service access per the underlying service agreement. On termination, your right to access MLS-sourced data ends and we purge it per our retention policy; your own uploaded content can be exported on request.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be presented for re-acceptance in the dashboard. Continued use after acceptance constitutes agreement.
