Privacy Policy

ProHomz operates the builder dashboard at dashboard.prohomz.io. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We are based in Virginia and honor the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) for all users.

1. What we collect

Account data — your name, work email, phone number, and organization, provided when your account is created.
Buyer lead data — when a home buyer inquires about a builder’s listing (on Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, or a builder’s lead form), we process the buyer’s name, contact details, and the home they asked about, on behalf of that builder.
Usage data — login timestamps and IP-derived location for security (login activity review), and error diagnostics.

We do not collect payment-card data through the dashboard, do not use advertising cookies, and do not sell personal data.

2. How we use it

to operate the dashboard and authenticate you (one-time email codes — no passwords);
to deliver buyer leads to the builder whose home was inquired about;
to send transactional email you expect (request updates, reports you scheduled, reminders);
to secure the Service (fraud and abuse prevention, audit logs).

3. Service providers

We use a small set of subprocessors to run the Service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (the in-app assistant — content you send the assistant is processed via the Anthropic API and is not used to train AI models), and Google (read-only mail scanning for portal lead notifications, limited to lead emails). Each processes data only on our instructions.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while your organization is an active client and deleted on verified request after offboarding. Lead data belongs to the builder it was delivered to and is retained per their instruction. Security logs are kept up to 24 months.

5. Your rights (VCDPA)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or a portable copy, by emailing admin@prohomz.com. We respond within 45 days. If we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our decision; unresolved appeals can be raised with the Virginia Attorney General.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is role-scoped: builders see only their organization’s data, enforced at the database layer. There are no passwords to breach — authentication is by short-lived email codes.

7. Children

The Service is a business tool and not directed to children under 13.
